Most people wrap their head around exercise. Sweat and move. What many people struggle with is how to eat, what to eat, how much to eat and when. They make it too complicated and eventually decide it is easier to order a pizza than it is to plan a meal. Our groups will help you plan healthy meals, portion control, and offer support when you have questions. 

My husband, Mark, and I have completed several workout programs and earned our free tshirts. We know how to coach you through the calendar and keep you motivated to finish. Depending on the program you choose, you will have access to take your workouts on demand so you never miss when you travel.
